Browse to the following registry Key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Create a new DWORD Entry

Create a new DWORD Entry called InactivityTimeoutSecs and give it a value in seconds.  For example, 10 minutes would be 600
