We use 4iT for IT management at our small / medium business. Recently, I needed a new laptop and 4iT were quick to purchase the computer and rapidly set me up on it. My experience with setting up new laptops is that one or more things get missed or don't work and need follow up, but, not in this case. Everything worked as on the older computer and a couple of questions from me were promptly answered. Excellent support.
