When printing a document from Office 2013 or Office 2016 you may find that even after changing the Printer Properties for the printer to select a different tray these settings are ignored.  To fix this you will need to change the Page Setup setting directly in Microsoft Office before printing the document.

Step 1

Click on File and then Print as you normally would to print a document

Step 2

Instead of changing the printer settings directly, click on the Page Setup link as detailed below

Step 3

Choose the Paper Source required, click on Ok and then print as normal
