When opening Microsoft Outlook you may receive the following error message:

Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded.

Typically, this error message may indicate that your Navigation Pane may contain some corruption.

Please try resetting your Outlook Navigation Pane as follows:

For Windows 7

Click on Start and type outlook.exe /resetnavpane

For Windows 8

Go to the Start Screen Start Screen and type outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(just start typing, a search box will automatically become visible)

For Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

Click on Start and type outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Typing in the above command should resolve the issue.  If the issue still persists please contact support.
