If you are copying and pasting text from Microsoft Word to another program such as notepad or a web page form and you notice that hyphens are being inserted in the middle of words that shouldn’t have hyphens in them it is most likely due to the fact that the creator of the Word document had Automatic Hyphenation turned on.
To resolve this problem simply turn off Automatic Hyphenation before copying the text from the Word document as shown below:
