We deploy our Advanced Monitoring Agent to your devices which reports back the status of your computers and servers and alerts us if there are any problems or potential issues. Typically only available to clients on managed service agreements we provide this free of charge.

Support Desk

We provide access to our help desk via email, phone and web – 7 days a week. This will be your first point of call for making requests to our team.

Remote Assistance

Over 92% of all requests to our support desk can be handled via remote support. We’ll connect to you and resolve the query or problem remotely saving time and money. Remote Assistance can be provided on a case by case basis or we can deploy our remote agent to your computers for faster ticket resolution. If your computer has access to the internet we can usually resolve it remotely.

Onsite Support & Repairs

If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we’ll come out to your office and get you up and running. Should we find a fault with your equipment, we are able to repair the most common failures on site. If it’s beyond repair we’ll advise the best steps to take. In the mean time, we have loan equipment available for your use so you can keep on working.

Managed Antivirus (Optional)

For $2.60 per month per device our cloud based managed antivirus integrates with the Advanced Monitoring Agent to provide peace of mind knowing that your computer is protected with Enterprise Grade Antivirus.
