You will receive confirmation via email that we have received your request

3. By Phone

If the nature of the problem prevents you from using email or the web portal please phone us on 02 8898 1100 and select Option 2.
If we are currently assisting other clients or unable to answer the phone please leave a message when prompted as this will automatically create a ticket in our support desk.  All voice messages left are treated with equal priority – You won’t lose your position in the queue.
