  1. I’ve reported countless spam emails originating from Australia to the ACMA, Many of which are connected to large companies. One company I have reported four times and have not seen any action, or the spam stop.

The spam, coming from a PR agency, over and over again, one of which I pointed out in my complaint reports that I have not given any email list distribution permission or requested to be added to mass distributed mailing lists via Opt-In permission.

The emails also don’t have a unsubscribe link and manual requests to stop spamming me via direct responses and direct emails to the management team were all simply ignored. (All reported to the ACMA in notes)

Pointed this company out many times to the ACMA in many reports. The spam keeps coming (PR SPAM) and the spammers go unhindered.

I find it hard to believe this statement ” – Australia has some of the toughest anti spam laws in the world”

To date, Ive seen no action and no responses from the ACMA. The reporting address and form is a useless as using Googles spam reporting tool.
