You are trying to work on a HTTPS Webdav Server using finder in OSX and receive the following error message:<\/p>\n

The operation can\u2019t be completed because the original item for \u201cserver address\u201d can\u2019t be found. – where “server address” is the name of the server you are trying to connect to.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Troubleshooting<\/h3>\n

You have tried to connecting via HTTP only and the connection work’s successfully.<\/p>\n

Resolution<\/h3>\n

This has been an ongoing issue using Webdav in OSX finder. \u00a0There are two resolutions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Connect via HTTP instead of HTTPS (Not recommended if accessing over the internet)<\/li>\n
  2. Use a third party program such as Cyberduck<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(free) or Transmit <\/strong><\/a>(paid)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
