When opening Microsoft Outlook you may receive the following error message:<\/p>\n

Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Typically, this error message may indicate that your Navigation Pane may contain some corruption.<\/p>\n

Please try resetting your Outlook Navigation Pane as follows:<\/p>\n

For Windows 7<\/h3>\n

Click on Start and type outlook.exe \/resetnavpane<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Windows 8<\/h3>\n

Go to the Start Screen Start Screen and type outlook.exe \/resetnavpane<\/strong>
\n(just start typing, a search box will automatically become visible)<\/p>\n

For Windows 8.1 and Windows 10<\/h3>\n

Click on Start and type\u00a0outlook.exe \/resetnavpane<\/strong><\/p>\n

Typing in the above command should resolve the issue. \u00a0If the issue still persists please contact support.<\/p>\n
