{"id":396,"date":"2015-07-17T02:13:37","date_gmt":"2015-07-17T02:13:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/?post_type=article&#038;p=396"},"modified":"2015-07-17T02:13:54","modified_gmt":"2015-07-17T02:13:54","slug":"faq-can-disable-telstra-marketplace-apps-emails","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/article\/faq-can-disable-telstra-marketplace-apps-emails\/","title":{"rendered":"FAQ &#8211; Can we disable the Telstra Marketplace Apps emails?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>This FAQ is for clients which are on Office 365 and have been migrated over from Telstra TSuite to Telstra Marketplace Apps.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When a new mailbox is set up in Office 365 and the subscription is through Telstra Marketplace Apps an email is automatically generated from Telstra asking for the user to set up a login to Telstra Marketplace Apps in addition to the automatically generated Office 365 email. \u00a0This did not occur before Tsuite was migrated to Telstra Marketplace Apps.<\/p>\n<p>We have put in a support request to Telstra to see if this\u00a0automatic email can be disabled as it is causing confusion for end users.<\/p>\n<p>We have received a call back and Telstra have confirmed at this stage &#8211; 17\/07\/2015 there is no way of disabling the additional Telstra Marketplace Apps email.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:left' class='yasr-auto-insert-visitor'><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This FAQ is for clients which are on Office 365 and have been migrated over from Telstra TSuite to Telstra Marketplace Apps.
