Outlook Inbox &#8211; Show Unread Email<\/h2>\n<p>All you need to do here is click on &#8220;Unread&#8221; at the top of your Inbox.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Clik-On-Unread.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-376\" data-original=\"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Clik-On-Unread.png\" alt=\"Clik-On-Unread\" width=\"473\" height=\"193\" \/><\/a>If your Unread emails are now showing but you can&#8217;t find the when in the normal &#8220;All&#8221; view then it is most likely a sorting issue.<\/p>\n<p>Click <strong>All<\/strong>\u00a0Again and then click the dropdown arrow next to the sort order &#8211; In the example above it is sorted by Date.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Outlook-Show-As-Conversations.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-377\" src=\"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Outlook-Show-As-Conversations.png\" alt=\"Outlook-Show-As-Conversations\" width=\"268\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Outlook-Show-As-Conversations.png 268w, https:\/\/4it.com.au\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Outlook-Show-As-Conversations-222x300.png 222w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 268px) 100vw, 268px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Make sure the following are the only two ticked:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date<\/li>\n<li>Show in Groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If &#8220;Show in Conversations&#8221; is ticked, definitely un tick this one. \u00a0You can always change it back later.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve done this click on &#8220;Newest&#8221; next to the sort order with the arrow pointing down.<\/p>\n<h2>2.
