If your iPhone’s screen appears to be frozen or is unresponsive, try turning off the phone and turning it back on again. \u00a0If that doesn’t work you will need to do a “soft” reset of your iPhone. \u00a0The below instructions can also assist with issues with the iPhone not powering on or powering off.<\/p>\n

Here are the Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1 – Press and Hold down the Power Button and Home Button<\/h2>\n

For iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 Models the Power button is at the top of the iPhone<\/p>\n

For iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus the Power Button is on the right hand side<\/p>\n

Step 2 – Wait for the Apple Logo<\/h2>\n

Keep holding down the Home Button and Power Button on your iPhone until you see the Apple Logo on the screen again. \u00a0Be patient, this can take a good 5 to 10 seconds before it appears.<\/p>\n
