Type in sfc \/scannow<\/h3>\n<p>Type <code>sfc \/scannow<\/code><\/p>\n<p>If any errors are found, run the command 2 more times as sometimes this is necessary. \u00a0The error message you will receive will be:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Windows Resource Protection Found Corrupt Files but was Unable to Fix Some of Them<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Step 3. If errors persist<\/h3>\n<p>If there are still errors run:<\/p>\n<p><code>Dism \/Online \/Cleanup-Image \/RestoreHealth<\/code><\/p>\n<h3>Step 4. Type sfc \/scannow again<\/h3>\n<p>Type <code>sfc \/scannow<\/code> again<\/p>\n<h3>Step 5. Extract the System File Checker errors from the CBS.log<\/h3>\n<p>If there are still errors type:<\/p>\n<p><code>findstr \/c:\"[SR]\" %windir%\\Logs\\CBS\\CBS.log &gt;\"%userprofile%\\Desktop\\sfcdetails.txt\"<\/code><\/p>\n<p>to extract the relevant errors and place them in a text file on your desktop<\/p>\n<h3>Step 6.
