event.<\/p>\n<h3>Step1<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Find the Live Event in your calendar and click on Join<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a 4<\/h3>\n<p>We are now in Pre-Live mode.\u00a0 In this example, we are going to using Powerpoint to present<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: It&#8217;s a really good idea to have two monitors when presenting &#8211; one for controlling the meeting and the other for the presentation<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On your computer, open the PowerPoint presentation on the monitor you will be presenting from and have it ready on your presenting monitor<\/li>\n<li>Back in the Teams Live Event window click on Share (1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
